Program structure and purpose
10 PostOp Sculpt & Support is a package of ten manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) sessions created for people recovering from procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck and BBL. The series is designed as a supportive therapy to address swelling and fluid retention while working alongside your surgeon’s post-op plan—clients report cumulative benefits across repeated visits rather than a single-session fix.
Each appointment in the series lasts 55 MINUTES and the complete package is offered for $1150. Sessions are delivered by an experienced therapist who adapts technique to your surgical sites and comfort level. The series approach lets your therapist monitor progress and adjust timing, focus and technique as recovery evolves.
What happens during sessions
Manual lymphatic drainage uses gentle, directional strokes that guide fluid toward functioning lymph nodes and drainage pathways. During a session you can expect calm, rhythmic movements over and around surgical areas, with pressure and coverage tailored to incision safety and your comfort. The therapist will explain each step and encourage questions, just as many clients appreciate a balance of information and relaxation.
Sessions focus on reducing localized puffiness and encouraging fluid movement without pushing tissue aggressively. Therapists check incision status and follow any surgeon instructions before working on operated areas. Treatments are intended to be soothing and measured; clients often report feeling lighter or less puffy after multiple sessions, though individual responses vary.
Scheduling and local logistics
Timing and frequency are coordinated with your surgeon’s clearance and your recovery needs. Many clients schedule sessions regularly in the weeks after approval; your therapist will recommend a rhythm based on swelling patterns and healing. The busiest months for post-op care here are January through April, which corresponds with peak winter and spring surgery season in the area.
