What the ten-session plan does
The 10-session plan spaces gentle manual lymphatic drainage treatments over a recovery timeline to support post-surgical healing after procedures like liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL and other surgeries. Each appointment builds on prior sessions so tissue mobility and fluid shifts are addressed progressively, allowing adjustments as swelling changes and healing advances.
Manual lymphatic drainage uses slow, rhythmic strokes and light pressure to encourage lymph movement without deep tissue force. In a Brazilian-focused course the therapist concentrates on regional drainage patterns and adjacent nodes, adapting pressure and sequence for sensitivity and stage of healing; many clients report less puffiness and increased comfort across sessions.
What happens each session
Each session lasts 55 MINUTES and begins with a short consultation to review your surgeon’s guidance, current swelling and comfort level. Treatment is hands-on, focused on promoting lymph flow in target areas; Roz asks about your preference to talk or rest and explains movements and products used so you feel informed throughout the appointment.
We follow post-op timelines and adapt techniques to tissue sensitivity and healing stage; many clients obtain surgeon clearance before beginning. The work is intentionally gentle and modified as recovery progresses, and Roz is available by message for questions between appointments—clients frequently say that ongoing communication helped them feel reassured.
